The choice is yours

Individual Therapy

Single Session (60-90 minute session)

A targeted therapeutic experience! Focus your time and energy in a one-time session that emphasizes your strengths, meets your needs and motivates you to take action. Walk away feeling re-energized and hopeful after just one hour!

Brief Therapy (3-4 sessions)

Address specific areas of concern in this evidence-based model of intervention that centres on your strengths to set goals and focus on the present. Short-term benefits for individuals seeking support with a specific issue, going through a life change or transition.

Long-term Support (6-10 sessions)

Take time to develop a relationship and connection to therapy. With long-term counselling, you will be able to reflect and process past experiences and relationships. Make connections between patterns of behaviour and thinking and begin to slowly shift into new ways of being.
